Here we are at the end of the final (we hope) restrictions imposed on us all by the pandemic, and it feels like the start a new chapter of our lives.
In the salon, our clients and friends are starting to get their confidence back and we are loving seeing them all again.
As this next stage begins, we celebrate with the launch of a new Guy Kremer collection for autumn/winter, which I am very excited to share with you next month.
The new collection is based around bold colour blocking, with inspiration from luxury designer handbags from Louis Vuitton to the Hermès Birkin bag.
We are very lucky to have Bella Ling here in Winchester’s Upper Brook Street, selling the best high end and sustainable designer fashion – both new and pre-loved.
Our team worked with them to put together a look for the new collection featuring beautifully designed clothes and
bags from Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès and more, and we are so excited for you to see the result.
We have a sneak peek for you here with our fabulous Get the Look style. I promise I’ll share the rest with you next month!
Meanwhile, I enjoyed celebrating the 80th birthday of my dear friend Mary Chandler, who has been coming to the salon every week for 45 years.
I was delighted to be invited to her house for afternoon tea, and we spent a couple of hours catching up and reminiscing over the past four decades of our friendship.
I was also invited to the private viewing at Donna Laine Fine Jewellery, where we saw some exquisite art deco pieces, and then we went on to have a delicious dinner with friends at The Ivy, which is always a joy.
In the calendar, I am looking forward to the Salon Business Awards 2021, and I am honoured to be joining the judging panel. I love my judging roles, as it’s always so wonderful to see all the up-and-coming talent in our industry.
