Guy Kremer and his talented team travel to The Grange in Alresford for the Murray Parish Trust Fashion Show in support of a fantastic cause.

The Ivy in Winchester has introduced an Asian section to its menu, along with seasonal specialities. I took my friend Richard Ward there and was delighted to see the Ivy Asia collection, which includes sashimi and sushi, as well as Malaysian curries, Korean glazed chicken, and blackened cod. Winchester’s celebrity hairstylist and multiple award-winner Guy Kremer attends the star-studded Catwalk to a Cure event, where he catches up with TV star Mark Wright, and shows us how to create a beautiful look for a summer wedding It’s been a busy start to the summer, with lots of events both in London and at home.

I took my team up to the Proud Embankment cabaret club by Charing Cross station for Catwalk to a Cure, a glitzy, glamorous evening organised to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s UK.

The star-studded catwalk event was curated by model Charlotte Edwards and hosted by TV star Mark Wright, and we were proud to style the hair for the fashion show.

I bumped into lots of famous faces and caught up with Mark Wright, who I have met many times since I first styled the hair of all the TOWIE stars for cover shoots. He’s a really nice guy and it was lovely to see him again.

It was wonderful to be part of such a special evening, which raised more than £25,000 for pioneering Parkinson’s research.

Back in the salon, I caught up with Amanda Connock, the founder of fragrance and skincare brand Connock London.

I love their perfumes: my favourite is the elegant black and gold Kukui Noir candle, which fills the house with scents of rose, jasmine and sandalwood.

I also met up with my long-time friend Richard Ward, the award-winning Royal and celebrity hairdresser, and we just had to go to The Ivy to catch up over a delicious lunch – I’ve written more about it in my Secret Spot section.

At home, I’m enjoying my beautiful roses in the garden. It’s like having my own little patch of Mottisfont just outside my door! I do try to visit every year, but I love to enjoy my own blooms when I’m too busy to get there in time to see the rose garden at its best.

The summer months are looking busy, both in the salon and at home, with lots of events lined up to enjoy. July and August are always extra busy with weddings, and I’ve shown you here how to create two elegant looks at home.

Enjoy the summer sunshine!
