A longtime friend of Guy himself, Carol agreed to help out the salon by covering the reception desk on a few Saturdays in 2024. Fast forward to 2026 and she is our regular weekend receptionist! Renowned for her kooky sense of style, upbeat personality and no-nonsense approach to the desk, she’s become a firm favourite amongst staff and clients alike. Whilst not from the world of hair, Carol’s background still lies in the arts; her work as a jewellery designer speaks for itself.
