Jo joined Guy Kremer in 2026 as part of our Front-of-House team. Having originally trained as a beauty therapist, Jo has worked in the hair and beauty industry for over 25 years, laterally transitioning into salon managerial roles. After a recent move and owing to her passion for delivering first-class service, Jo decided to join us at Guy Kremer and enjoy an even more client-facing role as our Front-of-House lead. Calm and efficient with a level-headed demeanour, Jo balances practicality with positivity, making her the perfect friendly face to welcome you to the salon.
